Ella's Concert

After hanging out with some of the local kids for a while, Mokuba arrived at the diner to help decorate for Ella’s concert. “Hi everyone,” he greeted, smiling.

"How do you usually do it?" Radley asked.

“I’ve walked downstairs before or came up from a platform that comes from the bottom of the stage,” Ella replied.

[crystalmaster]

"Hmm. Well, I'm afraid our humble stage isn't so fancy," Radley mused. "You can enter from stage left or stage right. That's about it."

“The stage is perfect. I love it,” Ella said. “Stage right would be good.”

[crystalmaster]

Radley smiled. "Great. Now, do you need any help with the choreography, or do you already have it figured out for these songs?"

[ellapegasus77]

“I’m good. Thank you,” Ella replied. “Is it almost time for the concert?”

[crystalmaster]

"Pretty soon now," Radley said.

The tables were all filled up.

“Have a great concert Ella,” Mokuba said before going to sit down.

[ellapegasus77]

“Thank you. I’ll be backstage until it’s time,” Ella said, walking to the right.

Soon it was eight and Radley got onstage for the introduction.

"Hello, out there, music lovers! You've probably seen our fliers and posters around town, and no doubt you saw our beautiful billboard out front! Tonight, as every night, we're proud to present the singing sensation Ella Pegasus to entertain you!"

He clapped as everyone else clapped.

"Ella needs no further introduction, right? I'll just bow out so she can come on and start the show!"

He waved and exited stage left.

As soon as Radley left the stage, Ella stepped on stage as the music began to play. She started singing on cue while dancing to the beat. The audience cheered and some even danced along.

Mokuba cheered as Ella began to perform. He was especially happy seeing the audience already love her.

Radley was pleased too. "I knew this would be a hit."

On the fourth song, the beat picked up again on the fourth song when Ella started singing Odd Future. The tempo calmed whenever she sang Blowing and Masayume Chasing.

Radley leaned back and enjoyed the show, watching the Bunch and other dance and sway.

After singing the final song, Hero Too, Ella took a bow as the crowd gave her a standing ovation. “Thanks everyone. I’m glad you enjoyed the show,” she said, smiling.

All present enthusiastically clapped. Radley was very pleased. Yes, this was a good idea.

“Have a wonderful evening everyone. I’ll see you soon,” Ella said, smiling before exiting the stage.

[crystalmaster]

Radley met her backstage and handed her a bouquet of yellow roses. "Hey, you were great!"

[ellapegasus77]

Ella smiled as he handed her the yellow roses. “Thank you. I really enjoyed myself,” she said.

[crystalmaster]

"Good," Radley smiled. "Everybody's really psyched to have these concerts."

[ellapegasus77]

“It makes me really happy they’re excited,” Ella said. “I’m going to get dinner then head to bed.”

[crystalmaster]

"That's a good plan," Radley said. "You should get plenty of nourishment and sleep."

Clint was nearby, listening, but hidden behind the curtain.

“I promise to do so. And I hope you do too,” Ella said. “I’ll see you soon.” With that, she headed over to the bar to order.

"I do," Radley smiled.

He headed out from backstage too.
