Ella's Concert

After hanging out with some of the local kids for a while, Mokuba arrived at the diner to help decorate for Ella’s concert. “Hi everyone,” he greeted, smiling.

“I’m glad I do,” Ella said, smiling. “It’s great I can entertain everyone.”

"You're great fun for everyone!" Scotch said. "Maybe you can even unite this town!"

“It would be great if I could,” Ella said.

"That might even be what Radley's thinking!" Scotch said.

“I’m sure he is,” Ella said. “I’ve thought about it too.”

"Epic! Things would be so much better that way!" Scotch said. "There's some guys working for Malcolm who just can't get out of it now that they're there."

“It would be. I’ll do what I can to help everyone,” Ella said. “I’d help them if I could but I’m not physically strong enough to defend myself against huge guys.”

"Yeah, there's not much any of us can do ... unless this works," Scotch said.

“I’ll make sure this works out,” Ella promised.

"Nobody can guarantee that," Biff sighed. "But you can sure try."

"Yeah!" Scotch said.

The inn came into view.

“Thanks for walking with us to the inn. We’ll see you in the morning. Goodnight and sleep well,” Ella said with a smile.

“See you in the morning,” Mokuba said,smiling.

"Night!" they chorused. They waited until Ella and Mokuba were safe inside before leaving.

Ella and Mokuba headed to their connected room and got ready for bed. They went to sleep a short time later.
